Welcome to our March publication!
The phrase asana, which is often translated as ‘posture,’ truly means ‘seat.’ The target of yoga isn’t to grasp fancy, athletic, or troublesome poses like placing our legs round our neck neither is it to zone out into oblivion–although each might be actually enjoyable, inspirational and supply clues that may doubtlessly help a deeper understanding of yoga. On this month’s lessons, we’re trying ahead to sharing down-to-earth insights and explorations of yoga utilized to our life on and off the mat.
We even have a full slate of inspirational occasions, workshops, sequence, and retreats developing together with the team-guided Gardener of the Thoughts Meditation Immersion later this month; the Celtic Spirituality Retreat I’ll be co-facilitating with my pricey buddy Eire native Mary Meighan in Could, and our Summer time “Instructing From The Coronary heart” monthlong instructor coaching immersion.
