AFP chief orders troops to put on PH flag badge whereas in uniform

MANILA, Philippines — To additional bolster their patriotic zeal amid tensions within the West Philippine Sea, all Philippine army personnel are actually ordered to put on the nation’s flag badges on their proper arm.
